Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented Backend Developer to build and maintain scalable server-side applications, APIs, and core backend systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, experience working with databases and cloud environments, and the ability to develop reliable and high-performing backend solutions.

The role involves collaborating with frontend developers, product teams, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain backend applications and APIs.

- Build scalable and secure server-side logic for web and mobile applications.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and databases.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs, production issues, and performance bottlenecks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture planning.

- Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance standards are maintained.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in backend development.

- Strong proficiency in one or more backend technologies such as :

1. Node. js / TypeScript

2. Python

3. Java

4. Golang

5. PHP

- Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture.

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and API security practices.

- Experience with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.

- Knowledge of Docker and containerization concepts
