Role Overview :

As a Backend Blockchain Developer, you will be responsible for architecting and maintaining the core logic of decentralized applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers, to translate complex business requirements into secure, efficient smart contracts and backend services. Your work will directly influence the performance, security, and scalability of our blockchain-based platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for our global user base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy robust smart contracts using Solidity to ensure secure and efficient on-chain transactions for client projects.

- Build and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js to bridge the gap between decentralized protocols and user-facing applications.

- Integrate Web3.js libraries to facilitate seamless interaction between the blockchain network and web interfaces.

- Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployment workflows via Kubernetes to ensure high availability and system reliability.

- Conduct thorough code audits and security testing to mitigate vulnerabilities in smart contracts and backend infrastructure.

- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize gas costs and improve the overall efficiency of blockchain-based operations.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in writing, testing, and deploying secure smart contracts using Solidity.

- Proficient in developing high-performance backend systems using Node.js and managing complex API integrations.

- Hands-on experience with Web3.js for building decentralized application front-ends and interacting with Ethereum-based networks.

- Strong command over containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes to manage production environments.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to stakeholders and work collaboratively within an on-site team environment in Mohali.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality code in a fast-paced development environment with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
