Job Location : New Delhi (Hybrid)

What we're looking for :

- 2 - 5 years of experience in backend development

- Strong hands-on experience with Java or Node.js

- Good understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms

- Experience building and working with REST APIs and microservices

- Strong understanding of SQL databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL

- Good understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization

- Experience working on high-traffic or distributed systems will be an added advantage

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable backend services using Java, Node.js, or Golang to support high-concurrency gaming environments.

- Optimize database queries and system performance to ensure sub-millisecond latency for real-time user interactions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate third-party APIs and internal microservices, enhancing the overall platform functionality.

- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high standards of code quality and system reliability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues by analyzing system logs and performance metrics to minimize downtime and improve service stability.
