We are hiring a skilled Manual QA Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, stability, and quality of our web and mobile applications. The role involves designing and executing detailed test cases, validating features end-to-end, identifying defects, performing API and database validations, and supporting performance checks. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams and contribute consistently to improving our QA processes.

Responsibilities :

- Design and execute detailed manual test cases for web and mobile applications.

- Perform functional, regression, sanity, smoke, integration, and exploratory testing.

- Conduct API testing using Postman, validate request/response flows, and identify API-level issues.

- Perform database testing by writing SQL queries to validate data accuracy and backend operations.

- Execute basic performance checks using JMeter to identify bottlenecks and behaviour under load.

- Identify, report, and track defects with clear documentation, logs, and reproducible steps.

- Understand product requirements and user flows to ensure end-to-end quality validation.

- Work collaboratively with developers, designers, and product managers for requirement clarity and release readiness.

- Participate in sprint planning, grooming sessions, and QA estimation discussions.

- Maintain thorough documentation, ensure test coverage, and continuously contribute to QA process improvements.

- Develop a strong understanding of poker game rules, platform behaviour, gameplay mechanics, and edge cases.

Requirements :

- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing for web and/or mobile applications.

- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing concepts, defect lifecycle, SDLC, and STLC.

- Practical experience with API testing using Postman.

- Hands-on experience in database testing with SQL.

- Basic performance testing exposure using JMeter.

- Experience with test case writing, test planning, and documentation.

- Proficiency with bug-tracking tools such as JIRA or ClickUp.

- Ability to analyse complex issues, think critically, and identify detailed edge cases.

- Strong communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.

- Ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.

- Understanding of poker rules, gaming platforms, or real-money gaming ecosystems.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
