Azure Support Engineer Contract

We are looking for an Azure Support Engineer with 6+ years of experience to manage, monitor, and support applications and infrastructure hosted on Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor and support Azure cloud infrastructure and services.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Azure-related issues, incidents, and service requests.

- Manage Azure resources such as Virtual Machines, App Services, Storage, and Networking.

- Work with development and DevOps teams to identify and resolve production issues.

- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.

- Maintain documentation and follow incident and problem management processes.

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in IT support or cloud support roles.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and infrastructure.

- Experience with Azure monitoring tools, logs, and diagnostics.

- Understanding of Azure networking, security, and identity management.

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, PowerShell, or scripting.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred :

- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate).

- Experience working in production support or global support environments.
