Key Responsibilities :
- Platform Monitoring & Operational Support
Assist in monitoring Azure Integration Services components, including :
1. Logic Apps
2. Service Bus
3. Azure Functions
4. API Management
5. Event Grid / Event Hub
Monitor platform health, availability, and performance using :
1. Azure Monitor
2. Application Insights
3. Log Analytics
- Identify and log incidents, alerts, and service requests in line with SLAs
- Incident Response & Troubleshooting
- Respond to incidents and service requests using documented runbooks and procedures
- Perform basic troubleshooting and analysis
- Escalate issues appropriately following defined escalation paths
- Support post-incident activities and documentation updates
- Participation in shift-based operational support, including nights and weekends, as per support roster
- Support during planned maintenance activities
- Cloud Resource & Configuration Support
Assist with management of Azure resources, including :
1. Resource groups
2. RBAC assignments
- Networking components (VNETs, subnets, NSGs)
- Support platform updates, patching, and scheduled maintenance under supervision
- Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Maintain and update operational documentation, runbooks, and support procedures
- Contribute to knowledge articles and operational handover documentation
- Cost Awareness & Operational Efficiency
- Assist in tracking Azure consumption and basic cost optimisation activities
- Follow cost control guidelines and report anomalies
- Learning & Professional Development
- Participate in structured learning, coaching, and skills development initiatives
- Build foundational knowledge of Azure Integration Services and enterprise integration patterns
- Progress toward greater autonomy and responsibility
Qualifications :
Experience Profile :
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Azure or cloud platform support roles
- Experience working in operational or service support environments
Required Skills & Experience :
Essential :
- Foundational experience in Azure or cloud platform operations
- Basic understanding of Azure Integration Services components
- Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes
- Strong willingness to learn and follow operational standards and procedures
Desirable :
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Azure Administrator (AZ-104) certification
- Exposure to enterprise integration or middleware platforms
- Basic understanding of DevOps or CI/CD concepts
