Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Azure Integration Lead to design, develop, and manage enterprise-grade integration solutions using Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will lead integration initiatives, work closely with stakeholders, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance integrations across cloud and on-premise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Integration Architecture & Design :

- Design and implement end-to-end integration solutions using Azure services

- Define integration architecture, patterns, and best practices

- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of integration solutions

- Lead API-first and event-driven architecture initiatives

Azure Integration Services :

Work extensively with :

- Azure Logic Apps

- Azure Functions

- Azure Service Bus

- Azure Event Grid / Event Hub

- Azure API Management (APIM)

- Azure Data Factory (ADF)

- Build and manage enterprise APIs and microservices

Development & Implementation :

- Lead development of integration workflows, APIs, and messaging solutions

- Implement REST/SOAP APIs and secure integrations

- Develop reusable components and frameworks

- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

DevOps & Deployment :

- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

- Manage deployments, releases, and version control

- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues

Stakeholder Management :

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members

- Conduct design reviews and ensure quality delivery

Required Skills :

Technical Skills :

- Strong experience in Microsoft Azure Integration Services

Expertise in :

- Azure Logic Apps

- Azure Functions

- Azure Service Bus / Event Hub

- Azure API Management (APIM)

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, SOAP

- Experience with Microservices Architecture

Tools & Technologies :

- Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Boards, Repos)

- Git / Version Control

- Postman / API testing tools

- SQL / NoSQL databases

Experience Requirements :

- 8 - 12+ years of IT experience

- 4 -6+ years in Azure Integration / Middleware

- Experience in leading teams and handling end-to-end delivery

- Experience with cloud migration and integration projects

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Hybrid integrations (on-premise + cloud)

- Knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP)

- Exposure to Kafka, MuleSoft, or other middleware tools

- Understanding of security (OAuth, JWT, Azure AD)

Certifications (Preferred) :

- Microsoft Certified : Azure Integration Services Developer

- Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert

- Problem-solving and analytical thinking

Nice to Have :

- Experience in banking, healthcare, or enterprise domains
