We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Infrastructure Engineer with 4 to 7 years of experience in designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Azure cloud services, infrastructure automation, virtualization, networking, security, monitoring, and system administration.

This role involves managing scalable, secure, and high-availability cloud environments while supporting enterprise applications and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure environments

- Manage and optimize Azure services including :

1. Azure Virtual Machines

2. Azure Virtual Network (VNet)

3. Azure Storage Accounts

4. Azure Load Balancer

5. Azure Application Gateway

6. Azure Backup

7. Azure Site Recovery

8. Azure Active Directory (AAD)

9. Azure Monitor

- Implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure solutions

- Manage hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure integration with Azure

- Configure and maintain Azure networking components including VPNs, NSGs, subnets, DNS, ExpressRoute, and firewalls

- Perform infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep

- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal infrastructure health

- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions

- Manage identity and access management (IAM), RBAC policies, and security compliance standards

- Support cloud migration projects including workload assessment, planning, and execution

- Collaborate with DevOps, Security, Application, and Operations teams for infrastructure optimization and deployment activities

- Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, performance, and connectivity issues across cloud environments

- Ensure adherence to cloud governance, compliance, and security best practices

- Automate routine operational tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or scripting tools

- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures

- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and production support activities

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 to 7 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure Engineering, System Administration, or Azure Cloud Operations

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform and core Azure services

- Expertise in Windows/Linux server administration in cloud environments

- Strong understanding of Azure networking, compute, storage, and security services

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as :

i. Terraform

ii. ARM Templates

iii. Bicep

- Experience in scripting and automation using :

a. PowerShell

b. Azure CLI

c. Bash/Python (preferred)

- Knowledge of Azure monitoring and logging tools including Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights

- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions

- Understanding of virtualization technologies and hybrid cloud infrastructure

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities

- Knowledge of cloud security, governance, and compliance frameworks

- Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls, and Load Balancing
