Azure Full Stack Lead

Job Title : Azure Full Stack Lead

Experience : 8 to 10 Years

Location : Pune

Availability : Immediate to 15 Days

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure.

- Work on .NET Core and Web API with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

- Implement and manage containerized services using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure Container Apps.

- Design and build microservice-based architectures with high availability and disaster recovery considerations.

- Utilize various Azure Storage services (Blob, File, Table, Queues) and Cosmos DB for scalable data management.

- Lead hybrid solution implementations involving both Azure Cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

- Build reusable frameworks and design patterns to standardize development practices across teams.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure high code quality and performance standards using Visual Studio and source code control systems (e.g., Git).

- Drive customer satisfaction through quality deliverables and a commitment to "getting it right the first time."

- Mentor junior team members and guide technical implementation across multiple modules.

- Evaluate and implement process improvement initiatives and industry best practices.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in .NET Core, Web API development.

- Proficiency with AKS, Azure Container Apps.

- Solid understanding of Azure's architecture, limitations, and capabilities.

- Experience in implementing microservices and cloud-native solutions.

- Expertise in Azure Storage (Blob, Files, Table, Queues), Cosmos DB.

- Experience in designing hybrid solutions with on-premises integrations.

- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Active Directory and CRM integration.

- Exposure to IoT solution development on Azure.

Soft Skills :

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong customer focus and problem-solving mindset.
