Role : Azure FHIR Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Azure FHIR Integration Specialist to join our team and work on cutting-edge healthcare interoperability solutions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure API for FHIR, FHIR data standards, and healthcare data integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Azure API for FHIR.

- Integrate healthcare systems and applications with FHIR resources.

- Implement HL7 v2, CDA, and FHIR interfaces for interoperability.

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare data privacy regulations.

- Work with Azure services such as Event Grid, Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, and Data Factory.

- Optimize FHIR data ingestion, transformation, and exchange.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solution delivery.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of healthcare integration experience, with at least 2+ years in Azure FHIR.

- Strong knowledge of FHIR R4 standards and resources.

- Experience with Azure API for FHIR, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Event Grid, API Management.

- Hands-on with HL7, CDA, X12, JSON, XML data formats.

- Experience in Azure security, including OAuth 2.0, Azure AD, RBAC.

- Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, HITRUST).

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred :

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect / Azure Health Data Services experience.

- Experience with FHIR bulk data export, SMART on FHIR apps
