Azure DevOps Engineer - CI/CD Tools

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud platforms, CI/CD automation, containerization, infrastructure as code, and production support.

The role requires close collaboration with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to streamline deployment processes, improve system reliability, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and infrastructure automation.

- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Monitor system performance, availability, and security using monitoring and logging tools.

- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and scalability of production environments.

- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment efficiency and release management processes.

- Implement DevSecOps best practices, including vulnerability management and compliance checks.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis with preventive measures.

- Manage configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.

- Optimize infrastructure cost, performance, and operational efficiency.

- Maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures.

- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and contribute to team capability building.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Strong experience with cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP

- Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes and Docker

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps

- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation

- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell scripting

- Familiarity with Linux system administration

- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or Splunk

- Understanding of networking, security, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls

- Experience with version control systems like Git
