Role Overview :

As an Azure DevOps Engineer at Sysmind, you will serve as a technical anchor for our cloud infrastructure initiatives across our Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad offices.

You will be responsible for architecting, automating, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments that support high-availability applications.

Working closely with cross-functional development and operations teams, you will ensure the seamless deployment of services, optimize resource utilization, and drive the adoption of infrastructure-as-code practices to improve overall system reliability and business agility.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Azure DevOps to streamline software delivery and reduce time-to-market for client applications.

- Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure high availability and efficient resource orchestration across production and staging clusters.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform to maintain consistent and reproducible cloud environments.

- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Python to simplify routine administrative tasks and enhance system monitoring capabilities.

- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security and compliance best practices into the deployment lifecycle, ensuring all infrastructure meets enterprise standards.

- Troubleshoot complex deployment issues and performance bottlenecks to minimize downtime and maintain optimal service levels for end-users.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting and managing complex Microsoft Azure cloud environments for enterprise-level applications.

- Proficiency in writing and maintaining YAML-based pipeline configurations and infrastructure-as-code templates.

- Strong command over version control systems, specifically Git, with a focus on branching strategies and collaborative development workflows.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical infrastructure solutions while communicating effectively with stakeholders across diverse geographic locations.

- Proven experience in managing container orchestration platforms and optimizing microservices architectures.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in DevOps engineering, cloud infrastructure management, or a related technical domain.
