Key Responsibilities :
- Define and architect the migration roadmap from Rally to ADO, ensuring scalability and business continuity.
- Take ownership of data fidelity, field mapping, workflows, and process harmonization across teams.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Security, Infrastructure, and Compliance to align transformation goals.
- Identify risks, resolve blockers, and create cutover & rollback strategies, ensuring minimal impact during migration.
- Drive the adoption of ADO best practices across CI/CD pipelines, Boards, Dashboards, Analytics, and Reporting.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering adoption of modern DevOps practices.
- Present regular progress reports, risk insights, and recommendations to the program steering committee.
Core Qualifications :
- Strong hands-on expertise in Rally & Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Reporting), with deep understanding of data models & customization.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Agile tool migrations (preferably Rally ? ADO).
- Expertise in working with REST APIs, data pipelines, ETL/transformation logic for seamless migration.
- Solid knowledge of Azure AD, security models, RBAC, and compliance-driven access policies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive alignment at the C-suite and program committee levels.
Preferred Skills :
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-wide ADO rollout (CI/CD, portfolio/program management).
- Migration of Rally dashboards to ADO dashboards + integration with Power BI for advanced reporting.
- Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA during migration programs.
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and troubleshooting expertise in complex environments.
