Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and containerized platforms on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Services, AKS, and Infrastructure as Code, and will play a key role in enabling reliable, secure, and scalable cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Pipelines, enabling automated build, test, and deployment workflows across environments.

- Actively use Azure DevOps Boards and Repos to support Agile delivery, version control, and traceability across development teams.

- Deploy, manage, and optimize Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters, including workload orchestration, scaling, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ensuring repeatable, secure, and scalable Azure resource provisioning.

- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and YAML, supporting pipeline automation, configuration management, and operational tasks.

- Configure and manage Azure networking components, including VNets, subnets, NSGs, load balancers, and private endpoints, ensuring secure connectivity.

- Implement Azure security and identity controls, leveraging Azure AD, RBAC, managed identities, and best practices for access management.

- Perform Linux system administration tasks for AKS worker nodes, including monitoring, patching, performance tuning, and issue resolution.

- Collaborate closely with development, QA, security, and cloud architecture teams to support DevOps best practices and continuous improvement.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to system reliability and uptime.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Services, including Pipelines for CI/CD, Boards for Agile planning, and Repos for source control management.

- Deep expertise in AKS and Kubernetes, with practical experience in container orchestration, deployments, scaling, and cluster operations.

- Proven experience implementing Terraform for Azure infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management.

- Proficiency in PowerShell and YAML scripting for automation, pipeline configuration, and operational workflows.

- Solid understanding of Azure networking, security, and identity management, including VNets, NSGs, Azure AD, RBAC, and secure access patterns.

- Hands-on experience with Linux administration, particularly in managing and supporting AKS node environments.

- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana).

- Exposure to GitOps practices or tools such as Argo CD or Flux.

- Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400) are a plus.
