Azure DevOps Engineer

Description :

Experience - 10+ Years.

Location - Chennai.

Shift Timings - 1.30 PM to 10.30 PM IST UK based Shift timings.

Looking for Immediate Joiners only.

Essential Functions :

- Azure Infrastructure enterprise level projects that design and deploy cloud environments for hosting business application services.

- Working closely with application, network, and security teams to ensure requirements are reflected appropriately in the Azure design.

- Designing, testing, and implementing application services migrations in an automated manner.

- Working closely with operational resources in updating current on-premise practices to include cloud.

- Develop POC when required.

- Provide expertise and leadership regarding solutions for infrastructure and applications in Microsoft Azure.

- Demonstrate thought leadership in cloud computing across multiple streams.

- Develop technical roadmaps for future azure implementations.

- Ensures security is integrated into all cloud architecture solutions.

- Azure Functions.

- DevOps (Jenkins) familiarity.

- IaC (Terraform specifically).

- CI/CD.

Education :

- Current professional industry certification Azure Solutions Architect Expert preferred.

Experience/Background :

- Experience designing and working with Microsoft Azure Cloud solutions.

- Passion for continuous improvement and a sense of ownership of Cloud technology solutions.

- Strong understanding of Cloud native architecture principles.

- Modern architecture techniques (e. event driven architectures, stream processing, event sourcing/CQRS).

- In-depth experience architecting complex Azure Cloud platform solutions (Paas, SaaS, IaaS).

- Experience and understanding of large-scale infrastructure deployments in enterprise-wide environments.

- Experience creating and utilizing continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.

- Experience working in an Agile or DevOps environment.

- Strong coding skills in Python, Ruby, PowerShell, Json, and Javascript are desirable.

- Demonstrated experience providing outstanding customer service, exceptional technical resolution and problem solving skills.

- Strong client management and communication skills; credible professional presence.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills.

- Flexible, able to change direction quickly, demonstrated attention to detail and quality.
