Azure DevOps Architect - CI/CD Pipeline

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer / DevOps Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing CI/CD pipelines and automation solutions. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will shape DevOps practices, define standards, and enable faster, safer software delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement modern CI/CD pipelines and end-to-end development automation strategies.

- Lead initiatives for build versioning, packaging, and dependency management across teams and projects.

- Define and enforce standards for code quality, security scanning, and automated testing within the delivery pipelines.

- Develop and maintain reference architectures and best practices for automation workflows.

- Partner with security teams to implement "shift-left" security practices, ensuring vulnerabilities are caught early.

- Guide the setup and adoption of A/B testing frameworks and feature flagging mechanisms for progressive delivery.

- Champion DevSecOps and continuous improvement across the engineering lifecycle.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD tooling.

- Deep understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps automation.

- Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes.

- Proficient in using security and quality scanning tools like Veracode, SonarQube, and others.

- Knowledge of build systems, package managers, and artifact repositories (e.g., Maven, NuGet, Artifactory).

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, or similar tools.

- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive adoption of DevOps best practices across teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications in Azure, DevOps, or Kubernetes.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.).

- Exposure to cloud-native tools and monitoring stacks.
