Azure Developer/Lead/Architect - Generative AI

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Gen AI + Azure Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions leveraging Microsoft Azures cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, cloud-native application development, and scalable architecture, with the ability to translate business needs into intelligent, production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Generative AI solutions using modern LLM frameworks and tools.

- Build, deploy, and manage AI/ML applications on Microsoft Azure.

- Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications and workflows.

- Develop and consume APIs for AI services and microservices-based architectures.

- Work with large datasets to fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize AI models.

- Implement prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance and outputs.

- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI solutions on cloud platforms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data teams.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and Azure services.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize deployed solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Generative AI & ML :

- Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, and NLP.

- Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.

- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.

- Familiarity with model fine-tuning and evaluation techniques.

Azure Cloud :

- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services such as :

i. Azure OpenAI Service

ii. Azure Machine Learning

iii. Azure Functions

iv. Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

v. Azure Cognitive Services

- Experience in deploying and managing scalable cloud applications.

Programming & Development :

- Proficiency in Python (preferred) or JavaScript/Node.js.

- Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.

Data & Integration :

- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, or similar).

- Familiarity with data pipelines and handling structured/unstructured data.

- Understanding of API integrations and third-party services.

DevOps & Tools :

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
