We are looking for an Azure-focused Delivery Architect to lead enterprise-scale cloud migration and modernisation initiatives. You will own end-to-end solution architecture-from assessment and roadmap through build, automation, and optimization-ensuring every design meets security, compliance, and cost objectives across hybrid (cloud and on-prem) landscapes.
Key Responsibilities :

- Define Azure target architectures aligned to Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected pillars.

- Lead discovery, dependency mapping, wave planning, cut-over, and validation for large migration programmes.

- Create and maintain reference designs, blueprints, and technical roadmaps.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM/Bicep) and CI/CD automation (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

- Embed defence-in-depth controls (Azure AD, NSG, Firewall, Defender for Cloud, Sentinel) and policy-as-code.

- Establish observability with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights; drive cost optimisation via Azure Cost Management.

- Mentor engineers, present designs to stakeholders, and ensure knowledge transfer across delivery squads.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- Senior : 7+ years of hands-on Azure architecture and delivery experience.

- Expertise across Compute, Networking, Storage, Security, and Management services on Azure.

- Proficiency in Terraform and/or ARM/Bicep, PowerShell, Azure CLI, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Proven record delivering complex Azure migration or modernisation projects in production environments.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills; excellent written and verbal English.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) or equivalent expert-level certification.

- Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud integrations (AWS, GCP) is a plus.

- Familiarity with Malaysian regulatory requirements (BNM RMiT, PDPA) or industry-specific compliance frameworks.
