- Data Ingestion : Developing and managing data pipelines to ingest structured and unstructured data from various sources into ADX.

- Querying and Analysis : Writing complex queries using the Kusto Query Language (KQL) to perform data analysis, identify trends, and generate insights.

- Dashboarding : Creating and maintaining dashboards and visualizations to present data to stakeholders.

- Performance Optimization : Tuning queries and data schema to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency.

- Integration : Integrating ADX with other Azure services like Azure Data Factory, Event Hubs, and Power BI.

Must-Have Skills and Experience :

- Kusto Query Language (KQL) : This is the most critical skill. An ADX Developer must be an expert in writing complex KQL queries.

- Azure Data Explorer : Hands-on experience with the ADX platform, including clusters, databases, and data ingestion methods.

- Data Engineering : A strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.

- Cloud Platforms : Experience with Azure services, particularly those related to data, analytics, and messaging.

- Programming/Scripting : Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and data manipulation.
