About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Azure Data Engr to join our technical support team in Greater Noida. This role demands a strong foundation in cloud data platforms, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to Databricks environments, ensuring seamless data operations for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support for Databricks platform issues including Spark jobs, cluster performance, notebook errors, and data pipeline failures

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported problems across compute, storage, networking, and integrations

- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve critical issues

- Monitor platform health and proactively identify potential disruptions

- Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and contribute to support process improvements

- Participate in 24x7 rotational shifts to ensure global coverage and timely resolution

- Maintain SLAs and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution
