We are seeking an Azure Data Engineer with hands-on experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Microsoft Fabric to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade data solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust ETL/ELT pipelines, managing data workflows, and ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable data environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Develop and maintain data solutions using Microsoft Fabric components, including OneLake, Data Activator, and Synapse Data Warehouse (Fabric Edition).
- Build, monitor, and troubleshoot complex data workflows and orchestrations.
- Collaborate with BI developers, analysts, and data scientists to deliver reliable, high-quality datasets.
- Optimize data flows for performance and cost efficiency.
- Implement data governance, quality checks, and security best practices across data pipelines.
- Maintain clear documentation for all solutions and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience with Azure Data Factory (pipelines, triggers, dataflows).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric components (OneLake, Synapse, Power BI integration).
- Strong SQL and T-SQL skills and data modeling experience.
- Familiarity with Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Lake, and Power BI.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for data solutions using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Microsoft certifications like Azure Data Engineer Associate or Microsoft Fabric credentials.
- Experience with Power BI or Data Activator within Microsoft Fabric.
- Knowledge of large-scale data environments and performance tuning techniques
