Azure Cloud Network Engineer - Load Balancing Tools

Description :

We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Network Engineer to design, implement, and manage secure cloud networking solutions on Microsoft Azure.

The role requires strong hands-on experience in establishing connectivity between on-premises environments and Azure, implementing Zero Trust security models, and managing enterprise-grade network and security components.

The ideal candidate will be adept at troubleshooting complex, scenario-based networking and security challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage Azure network architectures, including VNets and network topologies

- Establish and manage secure connectivity between on-premises infrastructure and Azure for cloud migrations from scratch

- Design and support Azure networking components such as Regions, Availability Zones, NSGs, ASGs, and Load Balancers

- Implement and troubleshoot hybrid connectivity solutions (VPN, ExpressRoute)

- Configure and integrate Cloudflare with Azure environments

- Handle complex, scenario-based networking and connectivity troubleshooting

Security & Compliance :

- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls in cloud and hybrid environments

- Implement and support Zero Trust network security models and best practices

- Perform network and host security group analysis to identify and mitigate risks

- Support cybersecurity initiatives and compliance engagements across cloud environments

- Ensure network security policies align with organizational and regulatory requirements

Required Skills & Proficiency :

- Azure network design and management: Expert-level proficiency

- On-prem to Azure connectivity: Strong hands-on experience

- Azure networking components (Regions, AZs, NSG, ASG, Load Balancers): Strong understanding

- Cloudflare configuration and integration: Extensive experience

- Palo Alto Firewall configuration and management: Extensive experience

- Network and host security group analysis: Proficient

- Cybersecurity and compliance engagement: Required

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

- Relevant Azure certifications (AZ-700, AZ-104, or equivalent) are a plus

- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and enterprise networking

- Ability to work independently and handle complex technical scenarios
