Role Overview :
As an Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will serve as a senior technical authority responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining robust cloud environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams and enterprise stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and cost-efficient Azure architectures. Your work directly impacts the operational stability and performance of mission-critical applications, ensuring that our clients maintain a competitive edge through high-availability infrastructure and optimized cloud consumption.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and implement end-to-end Azure cloud solutions to support high-traffic enterprise applications and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to reduce manual deployment errors and improve environment consistency.
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and cost structures to provide maximum value and efficiency for client stakeholders.
- Establish and enforce security best practices and compliance frameworks across all cloud environments to protect sensitive data and mitigate operational risks.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex infrastructure bottlenecks, providing root cause analysis to maintain system uptime and performance standards.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing complex Azure cloud environments, including proficiency in Azure Resource Manager, Virtual Networks, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale cloud infrastructure projects with 8 to 15 years of professional experience in high-growth environments.
- Strong proficiency in scripting and automation languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash to streamline infrastructure lifecycle management.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative discussions within distributed teams.
- High level of self-discipline and professional maturity required to excel in a fully remote work environment, ensuring consistent output and proactive project management.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supplemented by relevant professional Azure certifications.
