Azure Cloud Architect

Description :

We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Architect to design, implement, and manage enterprise-scale Azure cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have ownership of Windows and Linux server upgrades, hands-on experience in Azure architecture, and expertise in cloud migration and infrastructure automation. The role requires collaboration with DevOps and cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and highly available cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the upgradation and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux servers (Ubuntu, SLES, RHEL) with full ownership of deliverables.

- Design, implement, and maintain Azure infrastructure and networking architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for automated provisioning and configuration management.

- Support cloud migration projects and integration with on-premises systems.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) deployments.

- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior engineers on best practices and troubleshooting.

- Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production-level cloud infrastructure issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Proven experience with Windows server upgrades and troubleshooting at an enterprise level.

- Strong ownership in Linux server administration (Ubuntu, SLES, RHEL), upgrades, and issue resolution.

- Hands-on experience designing and managing Azure infrastructure and networking components.

- Hands-on expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for automation and provisioning.

- Exposure to cloud migration strategies and integrating cloud solutions with on-premises systems.

- Conceptual knowledge of DevOps practices and containerization (CI/CD, AKS) for cloud deployments.

- Ability to mentor teams, provide technical guidance, and take ownership of critical projects.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle production challenges.
