Description :
We are looking for a highly skilled Azure Cloud Architect to lead large-scale cloud transformation initiatives. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Azure, excellent architectural depth, and the ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders.
You will primarily work remote / hybrid, with occasional travel to the Mysore office for key discussions and project alignment.
What You Will Do :
- Architect secure, scalable Azure solutions tailored for enterprise environments.
- Lead end-to-end Azure migration efforts across applications, VMs, databases, and workloads.
- Design Landing Zones, Governance frameworks, RBAC models, and cloud policies.
- Build HLD/LLD architecture documents and guide teams through delivery.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform / ARM Templates.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, automation, and monitoring.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across networking, performance, and security.
- Conduct architecture reviews, technical workshops, and client discussions.
- Mentor engineering teams and promote Azure best practices across the organization.
Must-Have Skills :
- 10 - 18 years of total experience with strong Azure architecture hands-on expertise.
- Deep understanding of Azure services including : VMs, VNets, Load Balancers, ExpressRoute, Storage, App Services, Key Vault, Defender, IAM/RBAC
- Proven track record in Azure migration, modernization, and solution design.
- Strong experience with Terraform / ARM for IaC automation.
- Knowledge of Landing Zone setup, Governance, Policies, and enterprise frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps concepts, and cloud monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills :
- Azure certifications : AZ-305, AZ-303/304, AZ-400 or similar.
- Experience with containers (Docker/AKS), API Management, hybrid cloud setups.
- Understanding of compliance/security standards (SOC2, ISO, etc.).
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience.
