Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Generative AI Engineer with deep expertise in developing and deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions using Azure AI Services and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intelligent, cloud-native applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), OCR, and agent-based frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end Generative AI solutions tailored to enterprise use cases.

- Implement and optimize LLM-driven applications, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and performance tuning.

- Develop and integrate RAG pipelines that combine LLMs with advanced search capabilities.

- Utilize Azure AI Services to create scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions.

- Incorporate OCR technologies and Azure Document Intelligence for processing unstructured data.

- Develop and orchestrate agent-based frameworks to automate complex tasks and workflows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, MLOps engineers, and domain experts to deliver AI-driven applications.

- Implement best practices for AI/ML pipelines, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and compliance.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and Azure AI capabilities, applying them to business solutions.

Required Skills : Proven experience in building and deploying AI/ML models on Azure AI Services.

Strong expertise in :

- Azure ML Studio

- Azure Cognitive Search

- Azure Document Intelligence

Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks and tools such as :

- LangChain

- LlamaIndex

- Semantic Kernel

- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their enterprise applications.

- Experience in building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

- Proficiency with OCR technologies and unstructured data processing.

- Knowledge of agent-based frameworks for autonomous AI workflows.

- Strong programming skills, preferably in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries.

- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and AI/ML best practices.
