About the Role :

We are looking for five to six experienced Azure AI Foundry Developers to join our team in Bangalore. This is a crucial, on-site role for individuals with 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML development. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the Azure AI Foundry platform and will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance AI applications that deliver significant business value.

Key Responsibilities :

- AI Model Development & Deployment : Build, fine-tune, and deploy AI models using Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Cognitive Services.

- Prompt Engineering & Integration : Implement advanced prompt engineering techniques and conduct rigorous model evaluation. You will also be responsible for integrating AI models seamlessly with various enterprise applications.

- Pipeline Optimization : Design and optimize end-to-end AI pipelines, ensuring they are scalable, performant, and cost-effective.

- Collaboration : Work directly with business stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into practical, production-ready solutions.

- DevOps & Best Practices : Apply a strong understanding of AI development best practices, including testing and deployment, using Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 6- 8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a specific focus on Azure AI Foundry.

- Programming : Strong programming skills in Python, C#, or a similar language.

- AI/LLM Knowledge : Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt design, and AI integration.

- DevOps : Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, Agile environment.
