Role : Senior Business Analyst - SAP FI-AR (Finance)

Location : Bangalore, Chennai, Pune and Nodia

Experience : 5 to 10 yrs

Role Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support our SAP S/4HANA Financials (FI-AR) module with 5+ Years of exp. This role is critical for supporting end-users, troubleshooting complex issues, and leading process design and configuration. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Order-to-Cash process and a strong understanding of cross-functional integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate the implementation, support, and enhancement of the- SAP S/4HANA FI-AR (Accounts Receivable) module.

- Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.

- Conduct workshops, map processes, and design/configuresolutions with minimal custom development.

- Provide hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and post-production support for the FI-AR module.

- Manage and resolve Service Request tickets within agreed SLAs.

- Develop functional specifications for custom enhancements and reports.

- Train super users and business process owners on SAP functionality.

- Support global implementations (US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM).

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5+ years of practical- SAP S/4 HANA FI-AR configuration and support experience.

- In-depth knowledge of the- Order-to-Cash- process, including- Credit Management and Billing.

- Experience with global tax engines like- Vertex.

- Experience supporting integrations using- Mulesoft- as middleware.

- Strong configuration knowledge in : - Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Master Data, and Bank Statements.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business users.

- Ability to work independently and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Preferred : - Experience with the SAP Collections module.
