Job Summary :

We are looking for a QA Engineer with 4 to 6 years of overall software testing experience, including 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience testing any CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) platform. The ideal candidate should have strong QA fundamentals, excellent analytical skills, and experience validating end-to-end CPQ business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business and functional requirements and prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.

- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT testing.

- Validate end-to-end CPQ workflows, including:

1. Product Configuration

2. Pricing & Discounting

3. Quote Creation & Management

4. Approval Workflows

5. Order Generation

- Identify, log, track, and verify defects using Jira or similar defect management tools.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure high-quality releases.

- Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, release validation, and production support activities.

Required Skills :

- 4 - 6 years of overall experience in Software QA/Testing.

Mandatory : 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience testing any CPQ platform, such as :

1. Salesforce CPQ

2. Oracle CPQ

3. SAP CPQ

4. Conga CPQ

5. Epicor CPQ

6. Oracle BigMachines (BMCPQ)

7. PROS CPQ

- Strong understanding of QA fundamentals:

1. SDLC & STLC

2. Test Planning & Test Case Design

3. Defect Life Cycle

4. Functional, Regression, Integration & System Testing

5. Requirement Analysis

6. Test Execution & Reporting

- Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good to Have:

- SQL knowledge for data validation.

- Experience with API testing using Postman.

- Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright.

- Understanding of Order Management or CRM integrations with CPQ.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Additional Requirements :

- Maximum notice period: 15 days or immediate joiners preferred.

- Hybrid work model: Candidates should be willing to work 3 days a week from the Bangalore office.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
