Role : L2 Support Engineer - HPC

Location : Bangalore, Chennai, Pune and Nodia

Experience : 5 to 10 yrs

Role Summary :

Manages and maintains powerful computing clusters used for complex simulations, data analysis, and scientific research. They ensure optimal performance, user access, software installations, and system security across the HPC environment.

An Operational Resident may perform the following over the duration of the engagement :

- Resident Engineer under this would support hardware Breakfix, HPC system administrator support and storage hardware support along with backend OEM team.

- Resident engineer is responsible to manage newly installed HPC Setup.

- Resident Engineer is responsible to configure changes like HPC Cluster creation, monitoring health if needed.

- Resident Engineer is responsible to log a case with technical support if required.

- Resident Engineer is responsible to prepare, daily, weekly and monthly operational report.

- Resident Engineer is responsible to support customer for any downtime activities which is scheduled over weekend or after office hours.

- Operational responsibility - Daily administration activities to support the Hyper converge environment.

- Resident Engineer will be the co-ordinate between Customer and OEM for the breakfix related issues.

- Participates in root cause analysis review

- Collaborate with OEM team and assists in software/firmware management/Upgrades.

- Implements change management requests under customer guidance.
