Job purpose :

- Design & implement the best engineered technical solutions using latest technologies and tools.

Who you are :

- Deployment of large distributed application in Production/Staging environment.

- Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of application and system health.

- Implement automated software/tools to manage platform infrastructure and applications along with the security measures.

- Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions.

- Measure and optimize performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating to continually improve.

- Documenting best practices for deployment, measurement, and monitoring.

- Coordinate with clients on activities such as deployment planning, change management, incident management, custom requirements and Provide operational support.

- Participate with other teams to improve reliability of service through rigorous testing.

- Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning.

What will excite us :

- 4+ years of hands on experience in deployment and maintenance of large scale production environment.

- Extensive experience in Linux system and proficient in writing and optimizing shell scripts for automation and process management.

- Knowledge of the operational aspects of software systems such as measuring, analysing, alerting, building dashboards, security and disaster management etc.

- Hands on experience in cloud technologies like AWS or Microsoft Azure in a production environment along with good knowledge about Networking and Load balancing.

- Hands on experience in technologies like Ansible, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana or any other relevant tools.

- Ability to automate process with one or more scripting languages such as Shell Script, Python, NodeJS etc.

- A proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks.

- Experience in Incident Management, with strong proactive communication skills for both internal stakeholders and clients.

- Bachelors degree in CE/IT/ECE engineering.

- Any professional certification in area like Linux, AWS, Azure, Devops, Security etc. would be advantage.
