Who you are :

- Minimum 4+ years relevant experience as a scrum Master and 7+ Years in the IT industry, Scrum master certification is a plus.

- Experience in a scrum master role.

- Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.

- Helping software development teams apply the Scrum framework.

- Manage each projects scope and timeline.

- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.

- Coach team members in Agile frameworks.

- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.

- Work with product owners/ Business Analysts to handle backlogs and new requests.

- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.

- Help teams implement changes effectively.

- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.

- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.

- Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it.

- Partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.

- Works with user-focused departments to define the self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for customers.

- Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.

- Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.

- Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product post-launch.

- Minimum of 4+ years of dedicated experience as a Scrum Master.

- Proven track record of successfully applying the Scrum framework to software development teams.

- Familiarity with software development.
