Job Summary :
The desired candidate would serve as a Product Manager dedicated to certain modules and workstreams in the MarketingIQ product. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of marketing analytics in the life sciences industry, working on a SaaSbased platform that enables pharmaceutical companies to optimize their marketing investments and drive measurable ROI.
The position entails brainstorming, feature definition and ownership, wire framing, impact analysis, user journey creation, requirement gathering, elicitation, feature backlog prioritization and user testing. The position will also involve supporting other product activities in a PM capacity such as demos, support tickets resolution, and client engagement.
Domain Expertise :
The candidate should have strong knowledge of marketing stakeholders in pharmaceutical/life sciences organizations, their operational workflows, and promotional effectiveness measurement frameworks. A clear conceptual understanding of varying client needs in the marketing analytics domain is essential, with a quality-obsessed approach in the backdrop of complexity.
Leadership and Execution :
This role requires rapid problem solving, ability to multi-task and manage several parallel development workstreams while triaging and redirecting a variety of queries and issues to the ideal recipients as a core point of contact for the product.
Must Have Skills & Competencies Technical :
- Understanding of promotional effectiveness measurement and Marketing Mix Modeling concepts
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing stakeholder needs and Commercial Operations Lifecycle
- Familiarity with omnichannel marketing operations and measurement
- Agile processes and product management methodologies
- Business analysis and documentation capabilities
