Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Axiom Solution Expert to join our Capital Solutions team in Mumbai, Pune, or Bangalore. In this capacity, you will serve as a technical bridge between complex regulatory requirements and robust financial reporting architectures. You will collaborate closely with global stakeholders, internal data engineering teams, and business analysts to translate intricate regulatory mandates into scalable Axiom solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement end-to-end regulatory reporting solutions within the Axiom platform to ensure precise data mapping and submission accuracy for global financial institutions.

- Develop and optimize complex PL-SQL procedures to facilitate high-performance data transformation, ensuring seamless integration between source systems and the Axiom controller.

- Configure and maintain Axiom Taxonomy structures to align with specific regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring data integrity and consistency across all reporting layers.

- Lead the implementation of specialized regulatory modules including EU AnaCredit, US FRY9C, and FDIC 370, providing technical guidance to ensure full compliance with regional mandates.

- Partner with Broker-Dealer business units to troubleshoot reporting discrepancies and enhance data quality, directly impacting the reliability of financial disclosures and regulatory standing.

- Conduct thorough impact analysis on regulatory changes to proactively update reporting logic, minimizing operational risk and ensuring timely submission to governing bodies.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate deep technical proficiency in AxiomSL architecture, including the ability to build and manage complex data models, portfolios, and aggregation layers.

- Exhibit strong command over PL-SQL for data manipulation and performance tuning, with a proven ability to handle large-scale financial datasets efficiently.

- Possess a comprehensive understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks such as EU AnaCredit, US FRY9C, and FDIC 370, specifically within the context of Broker-Dealer operations.

- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships across diverse, cross-functional global teams.

- Maintain a high degree of adaptability in a hybrid work environment, managing multiple project streams simultaneously while meeting stringent regulatory deadlines.

- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field, complemented by 4 - 7 years of hands-on experience in regulatory reporting and Axiom implementation.
