- Siebel Enterprise Architecture, Siebel Best Practices

- Siebel configuration (UI Layer, BO Layer and Data object layer)

- Workflow and eScript

- Configuring Inbound and Outbound web services, JMS configuration and REST APIs

- Siebel Open UI (PM and PR)

- Configuring Assignment Manager criteria and WL Distribution

- Server management tasks

- Siebel Marketing Campaigns

- Siebel Lead Management, Service Request modules

- Java is desired

Functional Skills :

- Banking knowledge specially on campaign

- Retails and corporate domain experience

Soft Skills :

- Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness, by sharing deep knowledge and experience.

- Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization.

- Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management

Candidates Profile :

- BE/B Tech, B Sc, MCA/BCA Minimum 5 years in configuration, Deployment and fine-tuning Siebel CRM - Siebel IP17, IP19.x hands-on experience

- Ready for 6 months contract role with Virtusa B'luru

- Can join 15 days
