Job Title : SAP LE (Logistics Execution) Consultant (Contract-to-hire role) 2 PM to 11 PM Shift

Job Summary :

- The SAP Logistics Execution Consultant is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of the SAP Logistics Execution (LE) module within an organization.

- This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics processes and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design and Implementation :

- Analyze business requirements related to logistics operations and translate them into SAP LE solutions.

- Design and configure the SAP Logistics Execution module, including shipping, transportation, and warehouse management processes.

- Work closely with other SAP module consultants to ensure integrated and efficient solutions.

Project Management :

- Lead or participate in SAP LE projects, including upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.

- Develop project plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure successful project delivery.

Support and Troubleshooting :

- Provide ongoing support for the SAP LE module, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.

- Work with business users to address their queries and provide technical guidance.

Training and Documentation :

- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the SAP LE module.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and customizations.

Continuous Improvement :

- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Stay informed about new SAP LE functionalities and industry best practices to propose innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Extensive (minimum 5 years) experience as an SAP Logistics Execution Consultant or in a similar role.

- Strong expertise in SAP LE processes, including transportation and warehouse management.

- Proven experience with SAP configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.

- SAP certification in Logistics Execution (preferred).

Nice to Have Skills :

- Experience with additional SAP modules that interact with Logistics Execution.

- Familiarity with industry-specific logistics practices.

- Experience in mentoring junior consultants or leading small teams.

- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its impact on Logistics Execution.

- Exposure to agile project management methodologies.
