Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and self-driven Oracle Retail Developer with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Retail modules including RMS, SIM, RESA, RPM, and REIM. The ideal candidate will have strong development and support experience across both on-premise and cloud implementations. This is an individual contributor role requiring deep technical expertise and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and support Oracle Retail applications including RMS, SIM, RESA, RPM, and REIM.

- Work on both on-prem and cloud-based Oracle Retail environments.

- Develop and maintain custom solutions using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Oracle APEX.

- Write and maintain Unix/Shell scripts for batch processing and automation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and data issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams.

- Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and deployment activities.

- Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

Required Skills :

- 5-8 years of experience in Oracle Retail Suite (RMS, SIM, RESA, RPM, REIM).

- Strong hands-on experience in :

1. Oracle SQL & PL/SQL

2. Oracle Forms and Reports

3. Oracle APEX

4. Unix/Shell Scripting

- Experience with both on-premise and Oracle Retail Cloud implementations.

- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
