- Delivery Execution : Independently configure, build, and deliver OneStream modules (consolidation, planning, reporting, data integration) as part of client engagements.

- Client Interaction : Work directly with client Finance and IT teams to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and present solutions.

- Quality & Documentation : Produce high-quality functional design documents, test plans, and user guides; ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards.

- Collaboration : Work closely with the EPM Lead and fellow consultants to meet project timelines and milestones.

- Self-Development : Pursue OneStream certifications and stay current on platform updates and new features.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience : 3- 6 years of hands-on experience in EPM / Finance technology with a minimum of 2+ full-cycle OneStream implementations completed. Prior experience in a consulting / system integrator environment preferred.

Must have :

- Hands-on OneStream XF experience mandatory (consolidation, planning, or reporting modules).

- Proficiency in OneStream Business Rules using VB.Net or C#.

- Experience with OneStream Data Management : connectors, transformation rules, and mappings.

- Strong understanding of Finance processes consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Ability to work independently on assigned project streams with minimal supervision.

- Good communication skills for client-facing workshops and requirement sessions.

- OneStream certification (any level) is a strong advantage.

- Exposure to other EPM tools (Hyperion, Anaplan, Cognos TM1, Board) is a plus but not required.

Pune, India (Cogniviti Labs Pune Office). Occasional travel to client sites in India and Southeast Asia as project needs require.

Individual contributor role (no direct reports). Part of a small but fast-growing EPM practice team of 3-5, reporting to the EPM Lead.
