Role : Senior Business Analyst with P&C Insurance (Property & Casualty)

Skills :

- BA (Insurance claim and UW experience)

- Strong Insurance knowledge of P&C, GL, Broker management process.

- Good verbal and influence skills.

- familiarity with Analyst methodologies e.g. Use Cases; Business Rule Development; User Interface Specs; Functional Specs,

Key Responsibilities :

- Ability to understand general business requirements and implement corresponding technical solutions,

- Full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis,

- Ability to work with data and complex systems,

- Experience in an insurance or technology field.

- Experience with multiple SDLC methodologies, particularly Agile principles,

Must have :

- Familiarity with Analyst methodologies e.g. Use Cases; Business Rule Development; User Interface Specs; Functional Specs,

- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills,robust communication skills (written and verbal), and be team oriented,

- Must be detail conscious, technically motivated, creative, and user oriented,

- Able to determine and communicate impacts of system functionality and technical approach on performance, scalability and maintainability,

- Ability to manage ambiguity and create accurate project estimates.

- Accurately quantifies project specific risks through the project lifecycle,

- Ability to present information in an influencing manner to leadership and all business stakeholders.

- Proven planning and organization skills,creating own work schedules,prioritizing workload, preparing in advance and setting realistic timescales,

- Adaptable to new/different strategies, programs, technologies, practices, cultures, etc. Comfortable with change, able to easily make transitions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 6+ Years of Experience

- Proven troubleshooting skills with a focus on analysis and resolution of complex issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- A quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
