Axim Digitec - IBM BPM Developer

Role : IBM BPM Developer (C2H Role) - Bengaluru

Education : Degree, Postgraduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)

Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in IBM BPM development

- Must have good experience of developing complex processes.

- Must have experience in developing End to End solution.

- Must have good experience on consuming REST APIs

Technical Skills :

- Should be expert in IBM BPM 8.6 UI framework.

- Should be experienced in CSHS and integration services.

- Should be experienced with BPD design.

- Should have knowledge on process application deployments.

- Should have experience on Oracle RDBMS and integration with IBM BPM

- Advance knowledge on events and gateways

- Should have knowledge on ODM and integration with BPM.

- Should be expert in exception handling at process and service level.

Functional Skills :

- Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred.

- Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices.

- Experience in Agile methodology

- Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization

- Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies
