- Role : AWS Support
- Experience : 4- 6 Years
- Joining : Target before 20th November
- Location : Marathahalli GS Office (Outer Ring Road, Bangalore), 5 Days/week at office
- Target -Client is moving their support operations to AWS
Mandatory Skills :
- AWS Support experience
- Strong DevOps exposure
- Programming in Java or Python
- Excellent communication skills outspoken, proactive, and idea-driven
Preferred Background :
- Consulting firms or reputed BFSI companies or tier1
- Do not share profiles from generic service-sector backgrounds or candidates currently on bench.
Submission Timeline :
- Send all profiles before 4 :00 PM for same-day.
- After 4 :00 PM, share them the next day.
- Submit only those candidates who are available for interview the next day; others (next-to-next day availability) can go in the following lot.
Job Description :
- Problem Solving & Documentation : Strong analytical skills for analyzing complex systems (failure analysis/root cause analysis). Adept at improving, and maintaining software.
- Programming : Hands on experience in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python).
- Application Lifecycle : Experience in application development, testing, and ensuring operational stability.
- Containerization & Orchestration : Hands-on experience with AWS technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service), ECS (Elastic Container Service),EC2, S3 and DynamoDB.
- CI/CD Pipelines : Experience in managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform, and Container Registries.
- Cloud Infrastructure Management & DevOps : Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure management, including Load Balancers, Terraform, Container Registries and VPN. Experience with DevOps processes in a Cloud/SaaS environment , service-oriented architecture, web services/APIs.
- Observability & Monitoring : Ability to build out observability solutions to continuously monitor system health, leveraging OpenTelemetry and tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, BQL and CloudWatch.
