AWS/Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Engineer - Performance Tuning

Position : AWS OCI Engineer (L3)

Location : Bangalore (Onsite Rotational Shifts)

Experience : 5+ Years

Notice Period : Immediate / ?15 Days

Role : Tier 3 Engineer AWS & Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

Responsibilities :

- Administer, operate, and manage AWS & OCI environments for global clients

- Lead complex issue resolution, RCA, and performance tuning

- Support migrations, automation, and transformation projects

- Provide technical guidance to internal teams and customers

- Mentor junior engineers and drive knowledge sharing.

Technical Skills :

- Provision, configure, and manage AWS/OCI resources (EC2, S3, VMs, Databases, etc.)

- Security controls, compliance, backup, and DR implementation

- Networking (VPC, FastConnect, VPN, VCN, Load Balancers)

- Troubleshooting : EC2, RDS, EFS, S3, Object Storage

- Scripting/Automation with REST APIs, PowerShell

- Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, AD, and database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL)

Eligibility :

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (or equivalent)

- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience

- AWS & OCI certifications preferred

- ITIL Foundation certification desirable

- Experience in project leadership or team management is a plus
