Role Overview :

As a Kubernetes AWS Consultant at BOSONTECH IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing robust and scalable cloud-native solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our clients' engineering and DevOps teams to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Kubernetes-based architectures on AWS.

Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the smooth deployment, operation, and optimization of containerized applications, contributing directly to our clients' success in leveraging the power of cloud technology.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement Kubernetes clusters on AWS using services like Amazon EKS, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security for client applications.

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and management of containerized applications, enabling faster release cycles and improved software quality.

- Collaborate with client DevOps teams to implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation, promoting consistency and repeatability in infrastructure provisioning.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Kubernetes deployments, networking, and security, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.

- Optimize Kubernetes resource utilization and cost efficiency by implementing best practices for resource allocation, autoscaling, and monitoring, helping clients reduce their cloud spending.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to client teams on Kubernetes and AWS best practices, empowering them to build and maintain their own cloud-native applications.

- Conduct security assessments and implement security best practices for Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications, protecting client data and infrastructure from threats.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Kubernetes and AWS ecosystems, continuously improving our service offerings and providing innovative solutions to our clients.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters on AWS, including experience with Amazon EKS.

- Proven expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.

- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including infrastructure-as-code, automation, and monitoring.

- Deep knowledge of Linux operating systems and networking concepts, enabling effective troubleshooting and optimization of cloud infrastructure.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
