Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated AWS DevOps Architect to join our dynamic team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our AWS infrastructure and DevOps pipelines.

You will collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our software products. Your expertise will directly impact the scalability, reliability, and performance of our applications, ultimately enhancing the user experience and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available AWS infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements.

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, and Maven to automate software builds, testing, and deployments.

- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to ensure consistency and repeatability.

- Manage and optimize containerized applications using Docker and ECS to improve resource utilization and application portability.

- Monitor and troubleshoot application performance and infrastructure issues using AWS monitoring tools and implement proactive solutions to prevent future problems.

- Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

- Implement and manage messaging queues using SQS and serverless functions using Lambda to build event-driven architectures.

- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in the AWS environment to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement robust and scalable AWS infrastructure solutions.

- Proven expertise in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, and Maven.

- Strong understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like ECS.

- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash for automation and infrastructure management.

- Deep knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, SQS, Lambda, and CloudWatch.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Adaptable to an on-site work environment in Chennai.
