Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

1. AWS Infrastructure Design and Deployment :

- Design, architect, and deploy AWS cloud solutions based on business requirements.

- Implement best practices for security, scalability, and performance.

- Manages AWS infrastructure for various application installations.

- Monitor cloud services, applications, and resources for availability, performance, and security.

- Manage AWS resources such as EC2 instances, S3 buckets, RDS databases, and VPCs.

2. Technical Expertise :

- Stay updated with AWS services, features, and industry trends.

- Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex issues.

- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of AWS infrastructure.

3. Project Management :

- Plan and execute AWS projects, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate AWS solutions into existing systems.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

4. Security and Compliance :

- Implement security best practices and compliance measures on AWS.

- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

- Ensure data protection and privacy in AWS environments.

5. Operations and Incident Management :

- Develop and Implement operational procedures, policies and standards for cloud operations

- Respond to incidents, outages, and service disruptions, coordinating with teams to resolve issues promptly.

- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring incidents

6. Cost Optimization :

- Monitor AWS usage and costs, optimizing resources for cost efficiency.

- Recommend cost-saving strategies such as reserved instances, spot instances, and resource tagging.

- Develop cost estimates and budgets for AWS projects.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator.

- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing AWS cloud environments.

- Strong knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, and CloudFormation.

- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Familiarity with networking concepts, security protocols, and compliance standards.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skill.

- Ability to communicate with the customer despite critical moments

- Ability to Manage stress under difficult circumstances

- Detail oriented and inclination to get to the root of the problem.

- Self-starter and ability to work with minimum guidance.

Expected Tasks upon onboarding :

1. Create AWS environments for the customer by Terraform script

2. Manage AppStream images and related fleets

3. Manage users via DynamoDB and Cognito

4. Monitor real time with Cloudwatch
