Job Responsibility :
- Deep understanding of Amazon Connect architecture and core components.
- Experience designing and configuring Contact Flows, routing profiles, queues, and agent hierarchies.
- Knowledge of Amazon Connect telephony, call recording, call control, and real-time metrics.
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing IVR issues, call failures, and platform errors.
- Ability to troubleshoot softphone issues, agent desktops, Lambda failures, and API timeouts.
- Experience with CloudWatch traces.
- Deep understanding of IAM roles, permissions, and least-privilege design.
- Familiarity with encryption (KMS) and other AWS services.
- Experience with JavaScript and Python.
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
