Job Title : Cloud Support Engineer

Location : Bangalore/ Hyderabad

Job Type : Contract

Experience Level : 3+ Years

Job Summary :

For cloud roles they are open for remote, but if candidate is local, they would like to meet F2F in Bangalore or Hyderabad.

- Responsible for ensuring reliable operation of the company's cloud infrastructure.


- Managing changes, incidents, and expanded access requests across all stage and production of AWS accounts throughout the company.


- Maintaining smooth running of cloud-based services with an emphasis on observability, high availability, disaster recovery, chaos engineering, privileged access, and incident/change management.


- Designing services in support of each of these focus areas using AWS native infrastructure and development tools.


- Providing operational support for changes and incidents in production.

- Experience working with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, Service Catalog product).

- Strong understanding of networking, security, identity management and storage in cloud environments.

- Hands on experience with IaC tools(Terraform, Cloud Formation etc).

- Experience with Linux server environments.

- Proficiency in scripting languages(Python, Bash).

- Familiarity with SSL certificates, security protocols.

- Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps culture.

- Must have 3 to 12 years of experience in total.

- AWS; and Infrastructure as code : CloudFormation or Terraform.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following :

- Python

- Shell scripting

- Serverless application development including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, or CloudWatch; and

- Utilizing Linux operating system and Docker containers.

Some other highly valued skills may include :

- AWS certified Solution Architect - Associate

- Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect

- Familiarity with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud strategies.

- Experience with Kubernetes and containerization.
