- Deep understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, EKS, VPC, Lambda, AWS IoT Core, AWS IoT Greengrass, AWS IoT SiteWise, MSK, RDS, Aurora, Glue etc.), architectural principles, and best practices.

- Conversant with microservices, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), automation (IaC) Terraform / AWS CloudFormation.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).

Good-to-Have :

- Conversant with AWS Database and storage like RDS, PostgreSql, Aurora.

- Understanding Kafka and Kafka Connect, and Debezium.

- Proficient in C#.Net / Java

- Security & Compliance : Implement identity management, encryption, and security best practices.

- Cost Optimization : Manage and reduce cloud spending while maintaining performance.

- Technical Leadership : Provide guidance, mentor teams, and solve complex problems.

- Migration : Moving on-premises/other cloud hosted systems to the AWS cloud.

- Implementation Guidance : Work with developers to deploy solutions, ensuring they meet design specs.
