We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AWS Architect to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing scalable AWS cloud architectures, along with hands-on experience in DevOps, migration, and reusable asset development. This role requires deep expertise in AWS services, cloud security, and integration, combined with solid programming skills in Java and Python.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of complex AWS cloud architectures that meet business requirements and industry best practices.

- Function as a Technical Architect with 5-6 years of experience, guiding technical teams in developing scalable and secure cloud solutions.

- Design, deploy, and manage AWS Integration Services such as API Gateway, SQS, SNS, AppFlow, and MQ.

- Architect and manage Compute resources including AWS Lambda and Outposts for serverless and hybrid cloud environments.

- Design and manage containerized applications using ECS and EKS.

- Implement DevOps practices using AWS Developer Tools including CDK (Cloud Development Kit) and CloudFormation Templates (CFT).

- Oversee Management & Governance using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Systems Manager, Control Tower, and

Organizational Units (OU).

- Manage networking and content delivery services such as VPC and CloudFront to ensure secure and efficient data flow.

- Ensure security, identity, and compliance across AWS environments using IAM, KMS, WAF, GuardDuty, Audit Manager, Resource Access Manager, and Secrets Manager.

- Manage storage solutions including S3 and EBS with an emphasis on security and performance.

- Drive DevOps initiatives, migration strategies, reusable asset development, and prompt engineering to improve operational efficiency.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, security, and operations to ensure

smooth cloud adoption and governance.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and cloud engineers.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Total experience of 10-15 years in IT, with a minimum of 5-6 years as a Technical Architect focused on AWS.

- Strong programming skills in Java and Python.

- Extensive experience with AWS Integration Services : API Gateway, SQS, SNS, AppFlow, MQ.

- Expertise in Compute services : Lambda and Outposts.

- Proven knowledge of container orchestration services : ECS and EKS.

- Hands-on experience with DevOps and developer tools : CDK, CloudFormation Templates (CFT).

- In-depth understanding of AWS Management and Governance tools : CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Systems

- Manager, Control Tower, and Organizational Units.

- Networking knowledge including VPC design and CloudFront CDN.

- Solid background in AWS Security, Identity & Compliance tools such as IAM, KMS, WAF, GuardDuty, Audit Manager, Resource Access Manager, and Secrets Manager.

- Experience managing Storage solutions like S3 and EBS.

- Experience with cloud migration strategies and reusable asset development.

- Familiarity with prompt engineering and automation frameworks.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent certifications.

- Experience working in agile and DevOps environments.

- Prior experience in mentoring and leading technical teams.
