Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced .NET + Braze Developer with strong expertise in Braze CRM, API integrations, Liquid, SQL, Azure, and Cosmos DB. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing personalized customer engagement journeys, integrating Braze with backend systems, and developing scalable data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Braze API integrations with backend applications and third-party systems.

- Build and manage complex Braze Canvas journeys, campaigns, segments, and event-based triggers.

- Develop advanced Liquid templates for dynamic content, personalization, and conditional messaging.

- Work with Braze SDK integrations and configure message/event triggers.

- Develop and manage SMS, email, and in-app messaging workflows.

- Implement and manage Braze events, user attributes, tags, segmentation, and campaign logic.

- Write complex SQL queries for customer segmentation, data analysis, and campaign requirements.

- Develop backend integrations using .NET/C#, with exposure to Azure services and Cosmos DB.

- Monitor campaign performance and analyze Braze metrics and analytics to support optimization.

- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, product, and data teams to deliver scalable customer engagement solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4 to 8 years of overall software development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Braze CRM and Braze API integrations.

- Experience with Braze SDK, Canvas, campaign management, segmentation, and event-based triggers.

- Strong expertise in Liquid, including complex code for personalization and dynamic content.

- Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries and data segmentation.

- Hands-on experience with .NET/C# backend development and API integration.

- Experience working with Microsoft Azure and Cosmos DB.

- Good understanding of email, SMS, and in-app messaging workflows.

- Experience with Braze analytics, campaign metrics, and performance monitoring.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboards.

- Knowledge of customer engagement, CRM, or marketing automation platforms.

- Experience integrating Braze with enterprise applications and data platforms.
